Named after its founder, István Almási, this confectionary keeps the traditions of French confectioner arts.
The founder learned by Longa, in France, and started to produce his own sweets in Kanjiza, in 1955 in his ows small kitchen. Pralines and other sweets are still hand-made. Today the third generation of the Almási family is running the confectionary. The quality remained the same, buf the offer was broaden with salties and home-made cakes.
